Yes. The Behind-The-Head design has been specifically engineered for maximum comfort and compatibility with hard hats and other PPE commonly used in rail environments.
Why is my system crackling or cutting out at short range?
Communication issues at short range are often caused by damaged or faulty antennas. Inspect the antennas for signs of wear and replace them if necessary. Always remove antennas when storing the unit in its carry case to prevent physical damage.
How does the system connect to site or two-way radios?
The headset features a dedicated Radio Interface Socket, allowing users to connect directly to back-to-back radios for communication across the wider site or Network Rail network.
How should the headset be charged?
The headsets must be switched off while charging using only the provided mains or vehicle chargers. Using unauthorized chargers may damage the internal charger board due to voltage variance.
